burlap coffee sack chair

Today I am going to share a chair we bought back at a yard sale it was between $5-10 dollars. Ill get right to it, this is the before

Just a normal old dining room chair the brown was ok but a little scratched and outdated and fabric had some stains on it. So we picked Miss Mustard Seeds Milk Paint in Lucketts Green. and choose a coffee sack that some numbers and a green stripe on it. It matched pretty much perfectly .
And the after

With the chair being so dark you could not see the decorative parts at the top. It a great color the milk paint didn't really chip on this piece but I like how it turned out anyway, we just sanded it a little to give it the distressed look and waxed it then covered the seat which looks much better.

What do y'all think of the chair? Would you have it in your home?
