Vintage Flour Sacks & Coke Crates

On one of our outing we acquired 30 pieces of vintage flour sack cloth! There they were shining  & triumphing like diamonds in a display case at a Mission Possible thrift store. We were drooling and having a hard time choosing which pieces we wanted as they were all priced at $10 dollars each. The manager saw we loved each and every one of them and offered us a deal on all of it. It was one that we couldn't refuse!! Hello chair covers, throw pillows, and who knows what else. Feast your eyes on this loveliness

This is only a few of the ones that we kept, We have sold a good bit of them at our booth we have in a Antique & Flea mall, But that deserves another post. But Ain't they lovely? I think so! Here are some more drool worthy photos of the flour sacks enjoy.

And in case ya'll are wondering about the chair it was picked up at the Longest Yard Sale back in August. No worries ill do a whole post on the longest yard sale to. In the meantime check out this awesome chair.

The chair is painted in Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Old White and heavily distressed, turned out oh so lovely. We also scored three vintage coke crates that the store  we live behind had out back to throw away. I just happened to notice them on one of the trips to the store. So of course I asked the store clerk what they was doing with them and they said throwing them away and I could have them. I practically ran out the store and grabbed them up. I was a happy girl. WooHoo!
